We are qualified appraisers specializing in the valuation of Fine Art, Decorative Arts, Residential Contents, Collectibles and Antiques.  Serving Puget Sound, the Pacific Northwest and clients from the West Coast to the East Coast.  Art is an international commodity.

Mark Allred

Mark is a graduate of the Appraisers Association of America (AAA) Appraisal Studies in Fine & Decorative Arts. New York University (2000), NY, NY.  His core education included:

  • Appraising Fine Art

  • Appraising 18th and 19th Century Furniture

  • Identifying and Appraising American Silver: 1800 – 1940

  • Appraising Estate Jewelry

  • Principles of Practice and Code of Ethics

  • IRS Legal Guidelines in Valuation of Fine and Decorative Arts

  • Research Methods for Appraisers

  • Appraisal Writing Workshop

Haydee Allred

Haydee is a graduate of the International Society of Apprasiers (ISA) Appraisal of Fine Art Program from the University of Maryland University College (1997-1998).  Her core education included:

  • Business Practice, Appraisal Principles,  Definitions, Functions of Appraisers

  • Appraisal Ethics, ISA Report Writing Standards, USPAP, Identification & Authentication, Research, Legal Issues

  • Basic Appraiser Techniques, Practical Appraisal Report Writing, Comprehensive Review

  • Appraisal of Fine Art

  • Antiques, Decorative Arts, & Residential Contents

 

She served as director of Austin Galleries (1995-2001) and completed the course Old Master Paintings, George Washington University (1998).  She has successfully been tested and passed the USPAP required course in 2000, 2005 and 2008.  Latest USPAP update course 2024.
